“We performed very well in Paris,” Real Madrid manager Rafael Benitez said. “Paris-Saint-Germain is getting better year after year and we know this is a very difficult fixture.”

“A 0-0 draw won’t be enough. We respect our opponents but we are ambitious too and have come here to impose our game. We have the technical and physical ressources, and will need both aspects to do it.”

On the PSG’s side, Javier Pastore and Marquinhos, also injured, will miss the game.
