French president, François Hollande, is currently in Korea to celebrate 130 years friendship between France and Korea. Indeed, François Hollande arrived Tuesday night, to meet president Park Geun-Hye Wednesday.

This is François Hollande’s first trip to South Korea since 2012. The first trip by a French leader in 15 years was done by president Jacques Chirac. The two leaders François Hollande and Park Geun-Hye will discuss the relations between South Korea and France.
The two countries have been conducting various cultural exchanges this year ahead of the 130th anniversary of their diplomatic relations next year.

The president will be accompanied by French culture minister Fleur Pellerin. During their visit they met the boys band Block B and also a technological start up.
