The 2016 Paris Games Week opened on Thursday, October 27th. It will be held in Porte de Versailles exhibition center until Monday, October 31st. For this 7th Edition, 80,000 square meters are dedicated to all kinds of video games. 300,000 people are expected to attend the event.
For video games lovers, the latest innovations are presented in preview, such as virtual reality, which represents the future of video games. However, the real innovation of this edition is the increase of the e-sports stands. Over the years, e-sport has emerged as a sport in itself, as it is demonstrates by the creation of e-sports pole in great French football clubs, such as PSG and ASM. West Ham in England or Valencia in Spain are among those who also adopted this new technology.
